Frequently Asked Questions
ACCOUNT
To create your account, simply go to “Account”, then “Create an account” and enter your personal information.
By validating your information, you will access your Be Fun Paris account.
When you click "Login" via the menu icon on mobile or the avatar in the desktop menu, you will be taken to your account login page.
Enter your email address and password used when creating your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can obtain it by email by clicking on the “Forgotten password” link.
If you do not receive an email with the option to create a new password, we invite you to contact us.
To change your personal details, simply log in to your account and click on the "edit addresses" button.
This way you can change your information.
You can register when you arrive at our e-shop by entering your email address in the pop-up that appears on your screen.
You can also subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our website.
We assure you that all information you share with us is considered confidential and private. By law, we will not share or disseminate it without your consent.
You can refer to our General Conditions of Sale . The data you provide us is used to inform you of the brand's latest products.
If you do not wish to be informed, please contact our customer service via the “ Contact us ” section.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer service via the “ Contact Us ” section.
We will process your request within 48 hours. All your data will then be deleted.
To place a new order, we invite you to recreate a new Be Fun Paris account.
ORDER
To make a purchase on our site, simply go to the product page of an item, select the attributes you want and add the product to your basket by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.
Then access your shopping cart by clicking on the icon.
Log in or place your order as a guest, check your cart and then confirm your purchase.
Enter your personal information (shipping and billing addresses), a valid phone number, and an email address (required for the carrier). Then, enter your bank details.
Once these steps have been validated, an email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you.
Once your payment is validated and your package has been shipped, you will receive a new email informing you of your package tracking number. You can track the shipment from your account in the relevant order.
You do not need an account to place an order on our site. You can also place an order as a guest.
However, if you plan to make regular purchases from our online store, creating an account will allow you to:
- Track the progress of your current orders
- Place your next orders quickly
- View your purchase history
- Change your contact details
- View your assets and/or refunds
To find a specific item, simply type the product name or keywords identifying a product you are looking for in the search bar (or by clicking on the magnifying glass).
On each product sheet, you will find a small "size guide" button on the right, allowing you to find the size that will fit you perfectly.
You can also contact customer service via the “ Contact Us ” section for more information on our products.
If you have a promo code, enter it in your shopping cart.
If this does not work, please check the terms of use or contact customer service via the “ Contact Us ” section.
After placing your order on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Then, once our teams have carefully prepared your order, you will receive a second email informing you of the shipment and therefore of its collection by our delivery service.
If you have a customer account, you can check that your order is correctly indicated in the "my orders" section.
If you wish to modify or cancel a validated order, contact our customer service via the “ Contact us ” section.
This request can only be made if your order status is "payment accepted".
If the order is being prepared, we will unfortunately not be able to modify your order or change the delivery address and carrier.
PAYMENT
Payment methods are specified on each product sheet as well as at the bottom of the site:

New at Be Fun Paris: ALMA (payment in installments)
We decided to set up ALMA, the platform for paying in installments.
When you check out, select "Pay 2, 3, or 4 times." You'll then be redirected to a payment page where you'll need to enter your bank details as you would for a standard payment. There, you'll find a summary of your upcoming payments. You'll then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each payment.
Alma systematically performs a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking app, to confirm that you initiated this transaction and that it is not fraudulent.
Your bank details used on our site will be encrypted, and will remain encrypted if you choose to save them. We guarantee the complete security of your details thanks to the SSL certification we use.
Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order. If your package cannot be ready, you will be notified of the cancellation and we will refund your entire order.
DELIVERY
We deliver in France and internationally.
We offer you the best selection of delivery methods available on the market:
- At a relay point with Mondial Relay
- Home delivery with Colissimo.
- Express delivery with Chronopost.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 2 to 4 days.
After any order, you can track the order processing status from the “My Orders” section of the “Account” area.
Delivery is free in France.
To make a request, contact customer service via the “ Contact us ” section.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number.
You can also track the progress of your order in your account under “My orders”.
It is not possible to collect your items in stores.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 2 to 4 days.
To find out the progress of your order, please have your tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or on your account and enter it on the website of the chosen carrier.
If no information is indicated, contact customer service via the “ Contact us ” section.
If the items received do not match your order, please contact customer service via the “ Contact us ” section.
Exchange or refund within 14 days! All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and without alteration to their initial condition.
If an item received has a defect, please contact customer service via the “ Contact us ” section.
You will then be asked for proof. If the defect is accepted by our team, we will send you a prepaid return slip to complete your return.
Once the return is received, we will ask you if you would like an exchange or a refund.
If you would like an exchange, we will ask for your full postal address, your telephone number and your email address.
RETURN & REFUND
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the package to make a return. No items will be refunded after this period. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered, that is to say:
- New, intact, with their accessories, instructions, and documentation.

In the event of withdrawal, BE FUN undertakes to reimburse the sums paid within a maximum of 14 days.
Please carefully package your products in their original packaging, with tags attached, and include your order invoice. On the invoice, clearly indicate in pen which items are being returned.

Products must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, BE FUN undertakes to refund the amounts due within a maximum of 14 days . The refund will be made via the initial payment method used when you placed your order.
Items purchased on sale or on sale are non-refundable , except in the event of an error on our part (defective product, size or reference error). If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a suitable solution.
